Adopt the high-star GitHub CLAUDE.md behavioral guidelines:
- Think Before Coding: surface assumptions and tradeoffs
- Simplicity First: minimum code, no speculative additions
- Surgical Changes: touch only what's needed
- Goal-Driven Execution: define verifiable success criteria
